Security Guard Referral Bonus

ProGuard has increased the Security Guard Referral Bonus from $100 to $500. Employees who refer qualified security guard candidates that we hire are eligible.

Bonuses are awarded once the referred candidate completes 180 days of employment. Both individuals must be actively employed and in good standing at that time.

After 180 Days

$250 bonus issued to the referrer

Following Week

$250 additional bonus paid

Manager Approval

Your order is sent to your supervisor or manager, then forwarded to branch leadership.

Sign Payroll Form

Once your shoes arrive, you'll sign a payroll deduction agreement for the cost.

Pay Over 4 Periods

The $60 cost is split across 4 paychecks—just $15 per period, pre-tax.

Get Reimbursed

After 90 days of continuous service, you’ll be reimbursed in full automatically.
